After a quick trip to Fauske this came out – Minicupcakes on a beautiful china stand. I was also able to create a new and exceptional recipe, inspired by my new china by just adding more cream, flaut and butter insted of ordinary milk. The result was crispy, sweet and intens!

B-day cupcakes

This weekend I had the pleasure of celebrating my moms birthday. And birthdays are always great occasions to make CUPCAKES! So after spending all Friday and halph Saturday the result was magnificent! This is so gonna be my new hobby, maby not the most healthy one, but a tasty one.

After dreaming about “Fairytale Cupcakes” for several weeks I figured I had to make my own cupcakes. I could not let myself be depressed over the lack of tasty pastries which I had left when I moved. The  ”fairytale Cupcakes” makes the mouth water with just looking at the pictures on the website! Its unbelievable! So one afternoon I thought I had to give it a try. I just figured I had to make ordinary muffins, with buttercream on top. And I have to say that Im rather impressed with the outcome:)

Etter mye prøving og feiling tror jeg nå at jeg har klart å finne sluttresultatet jeg vil trives med…. for en stund så, dette blir plassen for andre tanker, og http://nepalkaren.blogspot.com vil fremdeles være plassen for nepalesiske opplevelser.

Jeg må bare innse det – jeg liker ikke nye ting, spesielt når jeg ikke forstår meg på dem! Jeg trodde det skulle være enkelt å skifte blogg, men jeg fant meg selv halvveis stående i senga natt til idag i frustrasjon over noen fargede fonter som ikke kunne forandres. Det kan jo hende at de kan endres på, men så langt har jeg ikke klart å finne ut hvordan. All hjelp mottas med takk!
